While most recognized for her research in voice elicitation techniques (as featured in
ABC Fusion’s eight-part documentary series, "Real Future" “I dared two expert hackers to destroy my life. Here's what happened,) other areas of information security work include security awareness training, vendor risk management, and policy development.

Her success in psychological profiling has enabled her to build successful threat models to inform the information risk management process. Currently she focuses on developing and implementing risk management programs, that take into account both technology and human factors, to protect business assets and revenue.
