He will focus on a sourcing methodology that starts with how to leverage your own ATS, professional associations, public library research, your company followers, Twitter, Facebook, group meet-ups, wikis, free tools & public resources for intelligence gathering, competitor intelligence, and much more. Attendees will walk away with some new ideas they may not have considered in building a “hook and hold” approach to relationship building with your prospects. He will also discuss how to set proper expectations with your hiring managers to build the pipeline long before you need it in order to be more proactive in building your talent bench.
