We know times are changing. New technologies are breathing life into struggling sourcing strategies, helping even the least tech savvy teams evolve from tools that look at lot more like the Jeffersons than the Jetsons. While looking toward the future provides some hope for the tech nerds out there, there are already tools and channels available for strategic teams to narrowly target critical talent for their organization. In this session, you’ll learn how digital advertising can be used to research and drive results in your sourcing and recruiting efforts. We’ll bust the myths around key buzzwords and enlighten you on the potential power of deploying these tools in your strategy.

This will not be a fluff, dream-big style presentation. Katrina will share free, or almost free, tools for managing advertising, strategies that deliver for niche and hard-to-fill roles and metrics to indicate if you’ve got it figured out or you’re missing the mark when it comes to social media and job advertising platforms.
