In a perfect world, your relationships at work would be harmonious. Both parties have realistic expectations, agree on timelines and success metrics, empathize with each other’s needs and enjoy a positive working relationship. As much as we may desire that type of relationship, recruiters often must have perseverance, patience and a strategy in place to establish and maintain positive relationship with our hiring managers, coworkers, candidates, and others.

What to Expect
In this session, we will discuss how to use social engineering tools to facilitate successful meetings, increase your ability to uncover and empathize with your coworkers’ pain points and goals, and better equipped to overcome obstacles and objectives.

Learn how to use specific questions, phrases and methods to build rapport, establish trust and build a partnership with others that achieves optimal success for both parties.

This will be an engaging session in which you will walk away with your own roadmap to use when you get back to your office.
